Yeah…wait for the season to progress…that might be a good idea – for you too!
On Sunday, Spurs had one new signing completely unavailable (Ericksen – likely to be the creative hub of the and creativity from this position was the most obvious deficiency on Sunday, and Holtby the most likely cover for Ericksen is still recovering from injury and played Sunday night).
Two who haven’t even had a chance to train with their team-mates (Chiriches and Lamela).
Four who only arrived in the Summer (Capoue, Chadli, Paulinho, Soldado).
Two who were out on loan kast season (Rose, Townsend).
Three who have only been at the club for one season (Lloris, Vertonghen, Dembélé – the latter appears to still be carrying a hip injury).
Only two of the players have been in the 1st team for more than one season (Walker, Dason) and of those one (Dawson) will not be first choice when fit).
They were playing away to a (still) pretty good Arsenal team which composed of quite a few players who have been at the club for a good while, are settled and know their team mates very well. even so, both clubs shared the same number of shots on target and off target and Spurs had twice as many shots blocked).
Yeah, I think it would be a good idea for you to stop drawing any conclusions about the value of any money Spurs have spent based on the NLD past!

Three games played 6 points each thats fact. Tottenham loss 1-0 Arsenal loss 3-1 goal difference ? Me thinks the piano player should be afraid very afraid leak a few more and you could be facing the axe. Our recritment started last transfer window Lloris will bring glory not sch itzel.

In reply to Nice 1 Cyril. We now have wonderful players throughout our team and when they are all fit watch us go. Even adebayor could have won us the game coming on with his height in the last fifteen we are not quite there yet but dominated arsenal without hurting them unfortunately but we will . We have midfielders in Capone and Sandro who can cut off their lines of supply. Cheer up ozil was not playing for real modric is though.

I hope that they settle soon, as we have not looked to sharp in front of goal in the Prem. We are lacking the creative mid fielder that I hope either Erickson or Holtby can be. we have had trouble breaking down packed defences. Lets wait and see what developes. Overall I think we can be pleased with the Transfer Window, probably the best we have ever had, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating, and like most Spurs fans (Since 1957 in my case) I am STARVING

In reply to Oguntuase Amos. Tghe most inane comment from Oguntuase Amos. Wonder whether he is cjhallenged in the reading or comprehensio department. On reflection, it appears to be both. The article is wholly about Erikson so why comment about three games he has NOT played in> Seems the poster has an agenda and must post his view. Surely a comment on Spurs three games and not about Erikson would give the appearance that it might be written by a grown up. Somebody please help the poster as he seems in real difficulties.

As good as they are, they were still beaten by Arsenal that spent nothing. Why don’t you wait and allow the season to proceed before you make your conclusion . Remember it is the same every year and their very good players have not been able to score from an open play.
