i think its not the pressure that Guardiola departed
Same is the case with Mou when he leaves a club.
I think the point is “MOTIVATION”
Mou wins it all and then leaves, yes he failed to win CL with Chelsea but then stayed for 3 years , with Inter only 2 seasons were enough. with madrid if he wins CL he may not be more motivated enough to stay,
Guardiola had won it all so he left for another challenge, that one year sabbatical, only hed know about it but dont think that was to release any pressure

When such money brings success then 1 bad season and fans are asking for your head does not matter if you are mourinho or pep guardiola

This is actually something I’ve covered before juray, Chelsea have chopped and changed as much as anyone else, yet have won loads of trophies – so it isn’t always best to stick with your manager.
