And although the scoreline of 2-1 might not reflect this, the Germans excelled in each area of the pitch.
Last WC, we spoke of how many options Spain has off the bench. This year, the same can be said for the Germans: Klose, Gotze, Reus, Kroos, Mert, Schurrle, (air) Bender … its just a fantastic bench!
