Chelsea winger to push for summer exit, if Antonio Conte stays

Brazil international Willian is reportedly considering his future at Chelsea amid his frosty relationship with manager Antonio Conte. The 29-year-old is not keen on working alongside the Italian anymore and he is prepared to move on, should the 48-year-old remain in charge at Stamford Bridge next season.
According to Sky Sports News, the Brazilian has grown frustrated working under Conte and he is now eyeing a fresh challenge away from the west London giants. Willian had been one of the Blues’ most consistent performer over the course of the campaign but towards the final stages, his relationship with Conte is understood to have been soured to the extent that he was only a late substitute in the FA Cup final triumph.
As such, the Willian has shown his animosity towards Conte by editing him out of the picture of the FA Cup celebrations posted on his Instagram account, and this is unlikely to go well with the Blues’ hierarchy, who demand respect and discipline from every individual at the club.
Willian has yet to attract any formal interest from any of the clubs but according to Sky Sports, Manchester United could emerge as a possible destination for the experienced campaigner, who still has two years remaining on his Blues deal.
The Brazilian has held a close relationship with former Blues boss Jose Mourinho who is presently at Manchester United and the latter on multiple occasions heaped praise on the attacker since leaving Stamford Bridge.
As things stand, Conte’s own future at Chelsea remain uncertain but it is widely predicted that he could replaced during the summer. The Blues have so far found no realistic candidates but the Italian’s dismissal may witness them compensate a £9m package for the final year of his contract.
