Signing Close – Man Utd to Agree $16million-a-Year Star Deal

Arsenal lost against West Brom and Liverpool could only earn a single point against Manchester City at the weekend. On the other hand, Manchester United defeated Middlesbrough and are now in a great position to finish in the top four.
The Red Devils must secure Champions League qualification after spending heavily on key players last summer.
Mourinho must also hold onto his vital stars and keeping Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Old Trafford should be the priority. The legendary striker has been United’s best player this season and the latest reports suggest that he will be signing a new contract with the club.
According to reports (Mirror via Sport Expressen), Man United will agree a new one year deal with the 35-year-old center forward. The deal will have an option of extension for another year.
This season, in 41 appearances for Man Utd, Ibrahimovic has netted 26 goals and also provided 9 assists.
Currently, he earns (Daily Star) around £250,000-a-week, £13million-a-year ($16million-a-year) and after brilliant performances, he surely deserves a new deal with a bumper pay rise.
Manchester United are also interested in signing a new striker this summer and are eyeing Monaco star Kylian Mbappe.
