Man Utd Ready to Agree "Super" $158,000-a-week Star Signing

Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez is in a complex situation at the Emirates and it looks highly likely that he will depart the club in the summer transfer window.
The Chilean international is one of the best playmakers in the world and top clubs are interested in securing his signature. Now, reports suggest that even Manchester United are planning to hire his services.
According to British source Express, Man United are plotting a sensational move to agree the signing of the 28-year-old attacker.
The South American star currently earns £130,000-a-week ($158,000-a-week), his contract will expire at the end of next season and Arsenal will not want to lose him for nothing.
The former Barcelona superstar deserves a new deal but Arsenal have not yet met his wage demands of £250,000-a-week (via The Guardian). Manchester United surely have the financial power to meet that sum.
Alexis has been Arsenal’s best player by some distance in the current campaign and has earned high praise from manager Arsene Wenger who believes that Sanchez is a “super” player (Daily Mail).
The stats also confirm that he is a world class superstar. This season, in 36 games (all competitions), Sanchez has directly contributed in no fewer than 37 goals (20 goals and 17 assists).
Back in 2012, Wenger sold star striker Robin van Persie to Man United and the Dutch striker helped the Red Devils win the league. Sending Alexis to Old Trafford will be a similar sort of blunder, one that Arsene must avoid at all costs.

At 28 years of age and the price Arsenal might demand would it not be better to look elsewhere?
