Liverpool have Approached Club to Agree $81million Samba Star Signing

Liverpool are heavily linked with stars to reinforce various key departments as Jurgen Klopp looks to strengthen his squad this summer.
The Reds do need to sign a new goal keeper to solve the conundrum and they must secure the signing of Joe Hart from Manchester City.
As far as the midfield is concerned, Emre Can has not signed a new deal with the Anfield club as yet and his future is up in the air. On the other hand, the Reds have approached Barcelona to sign central midfield star Rafinha.
According to Spanish source Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona have received interest from the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal and Juventus, who are looking to sign the 24-year-old star.
Rakitic, Iniesta and Busquets mainly start in the center of the park for the Catalan giants, hence, Rafinha has not been a regular starter this season. However, when given the chance, the Brazilian international has impressed.
Quite a few times, Enrique has opted to utilize him on the right wing as well and his stats are impressive. The Samba star has started 17 games for Barca in the current campaign and directly contributed in 12 goals (7 goals and 5 assists).
He played for the Spain during his teenage years but then opted to play for Brazil later on. So far, he has only made two senior appearances for the Selecao and scored one goal.
Klopp already has versatile midfielders like Lallana, Henderson, Can and Wijnaldum in his team. What he really needs is a strong defensive midfielder. Therefore, the Reds must not pursue the signing of an expensive CM like Rafinha and they should look to hire the services of a play breaker instead.
As per the provided Mundo Deportivo link, Rafinha has a release clause of 75 million euros ($81million) in his contract.
