Deal Close – Liverpool to Seal Versatile Attacker Deal

Liverpool have one of the best attacking midfield departments in the Premier League with stars like Philippe Cotuinho, Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Adam Lallana around.
The Merseysiders have already netted twenty goals in nine league games so far this season and the above mentioned quartet have been brilliant up front.
Moreover, the Reds also have talented young attackers in the ranks such as the likes of Sheyi Ojo and Ben Woodburn.
Ojo proved to be fruitful for Liverpool when manager Jurgen Klopp handed him the chance to shine in the first team last season. He has the potential to become a key member of the first team in future.
On the other hand, Woodburn was impressive for the Reds in the pre-season and the Welsh international is currently performing brilliantly in the U21 Premier League. In 7 appearances, the 17-year-old starlet has directly contributed in no fewer than 9 goals (4 goals and 5 assists).
If reports are anything to go by then Liverpool are close to sealing a deal with the youngster (Daily Mail). Woodburn is a versatile attacker who can operate effectively on the left wing and also as a striker if needed.
