Mourinho Can Seal £50million Star Signing for Manchester United

Mourinho OzilManchester United have signed a quality defender this summer in the form of Eric Bailly and they can also another top defender John Stones by matching Everton’s asking price.
Under the management of Louis van Gaal, Manchester United were heavily linked with a move to sign the highly rated Everton center half. Things did not change even after the departure of the Dutch boss.
Back in May, the Guardian reported that Jose Mourinho is also targeting the signing of the England international in the summer transfer window. Last month, there were reports (Express) suggesting that Guardiola is ready to beat Jose and sign Stones.
According to the latest reports, City are the ones mainly interested in the 22-year-old defender and the Toffees are looking to get a sum of  at least 50 million pounds (Sky) if they are to sell their prized asset.
The Red Devils have got ample funds and can splash the cash to secure the signing of Stones. However, they are mainly focusing on Paul Pogba at the moment.
In your opinion, should Mourinho spend £50million to sign John Stones?

  1. Shaun Jones says:

I would rather sign Raphael Varane than John Stones and Toni Kroos rather than Paul Pogba

  2. Eric says:

I agree that Varane ( maybe even Marquinhos) would be a better buy than Stones. However, I would prefer Pogba over Kroos. My reasoning is simply that Pogba has more prime years ahead of him and, even though he is currently one of the best in his position, he should improve further as he gains more experience.

Let’s go for Bonnicci or Ramos for £50m rather than Stones

  4. Soloo says:

I reccommend #MUFC to buy him since his deal somehow looks realistic as we have heard him want to leave Goodison rather than going for Varane who may be happy to remain at Real madrid…but my one advice for Mufc is to negotiate that amount to be lowered to 38million or utmost 40… I see 50million to be too much for a player of John Stones calibre!

Jose should buy him but not for 50m atleast 35m to 40m is ok but for pogba the amount is too much for him
