Signing Very Close but Tottenham are Wasting Precious Time

Pochettino-TottenhamTottenham Hotspur are in a brilliant positive to achieve their objective of qualifying for next season’s Champions League. However, they must reinforce in the winter to avoid any setbacks in the second half of the season.
As far as the transfer news is concerned, Spurs are on the verge of signing young Shilow Tracey (Daily Star) from Ebbsfleet. As per the provided Star link, the deal should be sealed in the next few days.
However, the dilemma is that Tottenham really do not need the 17-year-old midfielder as they already have quality and depth in the midfield department.

The likes of Mason, Dier, Dembele and Alli have been very effective for the North Londoners and even Nabil Bentaleb is there.
Spurs’ priority is to add an out and out striker in the winter window and they are wasting precious time. Fortunately, contenders for fourth place like Liverpool and Man United have faced more major injury setbacks this season as compared to Tottenham.
The tables can always turn. What if the only star striker Harry Kane gets injured. Spurs do not have any natural striker to cover in his absence. Pochettino must act swiftly to solve this dilemma by reinforcing the strike-force as soon as possible.

  1. Shiloh Tracey may well be one for the future but everyone knows we need another striker. I feel very sorry for our manager having to deal with Mr Levy who seems to egotistical when it comes to transfers. We have a wonderful scouting staff who must have identified at least two strikers who are two footed speedy and can head a ball so why haven’t we now got one with us. Mr Levy messed up at West Brom so if he really has the future of Spurs at heart why haven’t got our man.
Everyone, knows it takes time for players to settle in to a new club so time is precious. Don’t keep telling us that you have bought a young lad who won’t. Be playing for the first team for a few years. So Mr Levy get up off your Arse and give our wonderful manager the player he wants for if Harry Kane breaks a leg you will have to pay more for your player when you buy one.
I hope you read this for I’m sure I speak for many supporters.

Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different outcome. Levy will do nothing this transfer window and once again Spurs will fall short . It saddens me to say that. I hope I’m proved wrong!
