Tottenham's Confirmed News on €16million Signing

Pochettino-TottenhamTottenham need to strengthen their attack in the winter transfer window and the injury to summer signing Clinton Njie has raised the concerns even more.
Spurs have confirmed via their official website that the Cameroon international has undergone surgery to the medial collateral ligament of his right knee.
The 22-year-old African star signed for the North Londoners for a fee (Independent) reported to be worth 16 million Euros and has featured in 13 games for the club this season.

However, majority of his appearances have been from the bench and Njie has only started two games in the Europa League this season.
Capable of playing anywhere in the attack, his injury is a bad loss for the in-form Tottenham side who must keep their star players fit if they are to finish in the top four again.
As per Tottenham’s official website, Clinton’s return date is unknown for now and the medical staff will monitor his progress to provide update about his recovery.
Pochettino must take this injury as a warning and reinforce his attack in the upcoming January transfer window. If star striker Harry Kane gets injured, they do not have any quality player who can cover in the absence of the England international.

Never mind now.We needed cover months ago.Is it Levy or Pochetttino dragging their feet. This is a perfect time to make top 4 or better. Many of the usual suspects are in disarray so let’s make it count.Get the striker/centre forward we need and stop dragging your feet.
