Liverpool can Sign 141 Goal Star for $27.2m in Winter

Liverpool FCLiverpool already have an adequate strike-force but reports in the media are suggesting that the Reds are interested in adding another forward to their attack.
Jurgen Klopp is currently dealing with majority of the players signed by Brendan Rodgers and should look to make his first signing for Liverpool in the upcoming transfer window.
According to Italian source Itasportpress, Liverpool’s priority signing is Inter Milan’s Mauro Icardi, however, that deal may only materialize next summer.

As per the provided Italian source, Klopp is looking for other targets that he can secure in the winter transfer window and Fiorentina striker Rossi is in the limelight. Moreover, Itasportpress claim that an offer of $22.7m will be enough to convince Fiorentina to sell the 28-year-old Azzurri star in the winter window.
The former Manchester United star has proved his quality in the Spanish and Italian leagues. However, he missed the entire last season due to injury and needs time to get his form back.
Rossi has netted 2 goals in 11 games this season. Overall, he has scored 141 goals in his career (Transfermarkt). In your opinion, should Liverpool splash the cash to sign him?

Klopp needs to sign players that can help to take the club forward. Rodgers spent a lot of money on players that are not delivering. The players he bought from Southampton are boot up to scratch, except maybe Clyne. Many we sent out on loan. It will be interesting to see how Klopp fare in the market. We need a complete defense new strikers that are hungry to score goals. Benteke is yet to show why so much was paid for him. What are going to do with Milner and Henderson? We need more skill in the midfield. I would like him to bring in some German players with the technical abilities to advance the club. We need to win something to give the supporters something to cheer about.
