Man United – Midfielder Terms Agreed, Playmaker Fee Accepted

Louis Van GaalManchester United are still busy in the transfer market as they look to sign quality players before the end of the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils are lately linked with numerous attackers since the departure of record signing Angel Di Maria. The question is, who will replace the Argentine international?
Moreover, the Old Trafford club are looking to sign another midfielder despite already luring Morgan and Schweni this summer. The player in the limelight is Lazio’s Lucas Biglia.
The Red Devils are believed to have already agreed personal terms with Biglia and Louis van Gaal has personally checked with Lucas’s former employers whether the 29-year-old star can make the cut at Manchester United.
On the other hand, According to reports in Portugal, Man United are on the verge of signing another Argentine star Nicolas Gaitan after Benfica accepted fee of 28 million pounds. Not just that, the report suggests that the Red Devils will be announcing the signing by the end of this week.
Signing Biglia makes no sense whatsoever because he is mainly a defensive midfielder and United already have three players who can play in that position.
As far as the Benfica star is concerned, Gaitan is more than good enough to replace Angel Di Maria at Old Trafford.

Buying all these midfielders will be tantamount to fruitless expenditure. How can Man United buy a defensive midfielder in the presence of Carrick, Blind, Morgan and Schweinsteiger? I can understand Man United buying a winger, a striker and a centre back. My other concern is selling valuable players cheaply. I also do not see logic in buyind a striker in the presence of the Little Pea? LvG must stop harrasing Victor Valdes and others including de Gea. Socially I do n’t learn anything from the big headed rude and arrogant LvG.
