The versatile attacker has been brilliant for Primeira Liga side Benfica over the years and reports suggest that he is heading towards Manchester United.
According to Daily Star, Manchester United have already agreed €30m deal to sign the 27-year-old attacker from Benfica.
As per the provided link, Metro cite reports in Portugal claiming that the La Albiceleste star is confident he will be moving to the Red Devils this summer.
Nico Gaitan played a pivotal role in helping Benfica earn their 34th league title in the last campaign.
Effective with both feet, brilliant dribbler of the ball and a quality assist maker, Gaitan will largely improve United’s attack. Last season, the South American playmaker featured in 37 games for the Portuguese giants and provided no fewer than 16 assists.
In your opinion, should Man United sign Gaitan or Pedro?

Pedro is a player full of experience and skills he will fill the vacuum in the attack region. I prefer him coz i belief he’ll make it.

    Gaitan is better

  3. Okidi Tom says:

Pedro will bring great improvement in Man Utd.

  4. Osego says:

But guys why dont we buy De Bruyne

  5. Thaddaeus says:

Gaitan is a left footed player. But can he play on the right wing? We want someone who can play from the right wing since we already have Depay, Di Maria, Januzaj, Young and Mata all potential left wingers. So if he can play like Argen Robben on the right then I think he can be a good addition.

  6. Benn says:

Gaitan is better off, and so van gaal sign him by no delay!

  7. James says:

I’d rather go for Pedro, a guy with trusted talents and loads of experience. United wouldn’t have been able to reach had it not been for their star packed midfield. besides, fans and players of Barcelona still want him to stay. we already have lots of good young players and what we need now are players they could learn more from. Gaitan is considerably good as well but just not on Pedro’s level of creativity

fantastic suggestion man, a very good player with power and pace… But the last thing I would suggest is paying anything more than 30 million pounds for him. I mean… the maximum of that. players who are transfered for much money are mostly disappointing, lazy, egocentric and beyond all, heartbreaking for fans. the same as players with high wages… Rooney had been my darling, most adored and respected while CR7 was in the team because of his work ethics and his commitment to the team. But when CR7 departed, he became a player who abandoned playing for nagging, honor for money and now, he plays more football with his mouth than he does with his feet… This guy has grown so much in greediness that he has ripped us of every pound he could. I truly hope that when his days are spent as a United player, non of us will be irrational enough to tag him a legend because he is just one of the employee who does well based on tips and appraisals. we all know our legends and Rooney doesn’t fit in regardless of how many goals he scores. I still really Ferguson, the man that never condones…

I am talking about going for De Bruyne here

  11. Nicholas Onu says:

My opinion about Gaitan and Pedro or even De Bruyne is that United should signed the trio. This is because they are all very good material and very dependable any day. The question is whether the Executive Director and even the Management of Man United are sincere in signing these crop of players to fortify the club chances of winning the EPL this season.

  12. Nicholas Onu says:

I have followed man utd’s transfer market processes and have come discover that the club had not been so serious about the acquisition of certain players they term to show interest on. For instance, the case of Roberto Frimini the Brazillian player whom they started before the end of last season. Another player is about to be captured by Liverpool which united had shown interest on. I think they are faced with the problem of indecision. If not, I want the club management to prove me wrong.

  13. ERNEST NEWTON says:

Pedro & Gaitan are a perfect duo we need in Old Trafford that ll help us lift the premier league trophy this season.
