Manchester United have found the perfect combination under the management of Louis van Gaal but still need major reinforcements in summer.
In the start, Dutch international Daley Blind was mainly used as the central defensive midfielder. Blind did perform well but he has been much much better in the position where he excelled as one of the best during last year’s world cup i.e. left full back.
On the other hand, Michael Carrick has been brilliant in the holding mid, deep lying playmaker role in Van Gaal’s 4-3-3 system.
However, the veteran England international cannot start and complete 90 minutes every game next season and a quality player is needed for that position.
One such player heavily linked with a move to Manchester United is Netherlands star Nigel de Jong who is strong defensive midfielder.
De Jong was a key member of the Dutch World Cup squad last year managed by none other than current Man United manager Louis van Gaal.
According to reports, Nigel de Jong has decided in favor of joining Manchester United despite offers from numerous clubs like Juventus, Roma, Sevilla and teams in MLS.
The former Manchester City star who currently plays for AC Milan will be out of contract in the summer and a free transfer to Manchester United will be top move for the Red Devils, one they must not miss out on.

De Jong is not a right player in that space, he is right to other clubs but not to a Manchester United team.
For me De Jong should not be bought due to his age, we need a young player who would play for a long time and establish himself in Man U.
Honestly speaking De jong is nt da type of player we need he is too old and he lacks pace.
Why dont we buy Gundogan or vidal or even Pogba. Please not De jong

Pls leave de jong to continue his trade at milan,red manchester doesnt need him, he is old unskilful, though strong, but not lyk keane, hagreaves or carrick who can can read and dictate d game perfectly well.
