The Red Devils have literally wasted two transfer windows but could not sign a single star who could be the leader of defense and replace legendary captain Nemanja Vidic.

The 30 year old has only featured in 13 league games this season mainly because of injury concerns but lately in the last 5 league games, the Samba star has found himself warming the bench in 3.

He’s now old so there’s no need wasting such kind of money on him. Man United problem is Van Gaal and not the defence. Man U is the 3rd best defensive side in the league so why do they think that defence is the problem. Falcao and RVP with Van Gaal is the problem. Why playing Rooney in the midfield wen u have Herrera a complete midfielder.
I don’t see Man U being so unwise to spent anything beyond £10m for a 30yr old defender, that’s close to retiring age for most defenders in the premier league. We should pride in our own McNairs, the Blecketts and if we think of getting ‘quick fix’ to our defensive problems then only Danny Alves is the answer because he comes free. If we are to spent big on defenders, it’s gotta be the likes of Marquinhos, Laportte, Ramos, Humelles or Varane. These aren’t just good defenders but they have a couples of years to pay back ahead of them.
Van Gaal is the only problem. Sack him and appoint anyone else. We will save a lot of money and we will be far better team
