Forget Benzema, Llorente: Arsenal want Europe’s Hottest Striker

Diego Costa Atletico MadridGunners lack depth upfront as they only have one quality striker in Olivier Giroud and if he gets injured, Arsenal may as well suffer.
Inevitably, signing a striker should be Arsene Wenger’s priority in the next transfer window.
Many big names have been linked with Gunners. Players such as the likes of French international Karim Benzema and Spaniard Fernando Llorente are top class players.
However, the latest reports suggest that Arsenal want Europe’s hottest striker, Diego Costa who is leading the goal scoring charts in Spain.
Renowned Spanish media outlet AS confirmed that gunners are now interested in luring Atletico Madrid superstar.
Liverpool were heavily linked with Costa in the summer and recently Mirror reported that Chelsea also want him in winter but may have to pay a hefty sum of over 35 million pounds.
Reds really do not need another striker with two top quality options already available in Suarez and Sturridge. On the other hand, Chelsea have more than a few forwards but only one starting place. Torres, Eto’o and Ba are there and they loaned the best striker Lukaku who will definitely return next summer.
Clearly, Arsenal need a striker more than anyone and Costa will be a wonder signing. There is no denying the fact that Costa is better than Benzema and Llorente and Arsenal must ignore them.
Not only Diego is playing better at the moment but more importantly, the Atletico hitman is versatile unlike Benzema and Llorente. Costa can play alongside Giroud as a supporting forward and also as a lone striker. Last season, he supported Falcao and this year he has replaced him with ease.
Gunners have the spending power to sign Costa and if Arsenal are really interested then Wenger must do it all to bring him to Emirates.

everything laying in the hand of the coach whatever think on this request make by individual maybe will take it into consideration . He Arsene wenger know Arsenal strikers adding to the one he have Giroud if possible he can bring two strikers as case maybe, he need to get something out of something without using what you have you can’t able to make up your state.I am always making myself available to contribute a little i have to see that the Gunners progressive no back ward for them forever. therefore i believe will still proud this season and i continue for their successful season may God lead you Gunners high high ..

He will indeed be a great addition if not the best and will offer us a vast depth in the striking department. That said, but will AW buy him?

Mr Arsene Wenger please get Diego Costa to Arsenal…We could have one of the best midfielders providing best assists “OZIL” and one of the Best Strikers in Europe none other than “Diego Costa” playing together.

I just hope Wenger will discard his pound/penny pinching ways. Hopefully he will pay top dollar/euro for a top,top ,top, striker and not another Chamakh.Although much has been made about Moyes poor start and the season still a long way to go,I doubt he can retain the title.
The field has changed with Arsenal,Pool,Mc,Spurs and Chelsea with the money to buy the top guys. That is why the red faced sensed his domination was coming to end and opt to leave.Even if were to be recalled and helped Moyes in the interim,I doubt he will make an impact. This is not to say he can’t offer much but the
    circumstances and environment have changed.
Nothing is static in th epl unless in Spain wher RM and Barca perpeyually dominate. Remember in the 90s he was fighting with NU,Sunderland ,Leeds and poor Arsenal,he could have a monopoly of he top players. Get real.
